We may use RCS Messaging, an advanced messaging technology managed by Google, to send you interactive messages – such as e.g., order confirmations, appointment reminders, and account alerts), customer-service communications, and, where you have opted in, promotional or marketing messages — directly to your mobile device's default messaging application. RCS Messaging enhances traditional SMS and MMS with features such as rich media (images, videos, and carousels), read receipts, and verified business branding. When we communicate with you through RCS Messaging, Google processes certain data on our behalf as a data processor, including your phone number, message content, and message-delivery metadata. Google, our messaging solution providers, and, in some cases, your mobile carrier may access message content for the purposes of message delivery, spam and abuse prevention, and related operational purposes.
You may opt-out of receiving automated text message marketing communications from us by replying “STOP” to the message or contacting us. Please note that we may still send you transactional and administrative text messages even if you opt out of marketing communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

The Site uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart, and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages, order confirmations, customer service, and marketing messages via SMS. We share certain personal information, including but not limited to name, telephone number, and transaction information, with our affiliate Klaviyo to facilitate these SMS Messages. You may choose to stop receiving SMS messages by following the opt out instructions in the SMS messages.
How Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We may disclose your Personal Information as follows:

Payment Information
When you make a payment on our Site, you may be taken to the website of one of our third-party payment processors, including but not limited to, Shopify. The third-party payment processor will either collect or have access to your first and last name, zip code, postal address, email address, payment amount, billing information, and payment card information. In order to facilitate payment processing, some third-party payment processors may share certain information necessary for payment processing with other third-party payment processors, including credit card data (for example, Shopify may share information with Stripe, in order to complete the payment process). The Services may also use artificial intelligence (“AI”)-powered tools, including but not limited to, ChatGPT, developed and operated by OpenAI, and Microsoft CoPilot, developed and operated by Microsoft Corporation, to support certain features and functions of our Services. These tools use large language models to process and generate text-based content, and they may be used to assist with tasks such as responding to inquiries, generating content, analyzing information, or enhancing the user experience on our Site. When you interact with features powered by these AI tools, certain data you provide—such as text inputs, queries, or other information submitted through the relevant features—may be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI or Microsoft on their respective servers. This means your data may be processed by third-party systems outside of our direct control, subject to the privacy policies and data-handling practices of those providers. We take reasonable steps to limit the data shared with these AI providers to what is necessary for the intended function.
